Pier footers are the foundation of your home. These concrete footers are installed on your property to support the weight of the home and ensure it is stable and level. They provide the necessary support for the piers that the home will sit on. 

Delivery and set-up costs cover transporting your home to your property and placing it on the prepared site.

Trim out involves finishing the interior of your home after it has been delivered and set up. This includes installing interior trim, baseboards, and crown molding, as well as sealing and connecting the sections of multi-section homes.  The heat pump is your home’s HVAC system, which provides both heating and cooling. During the set-up process, the exterior heat pump unit is installed and connected to the home, ensuring your new home is comfortable year-round 

Skirting or underpinning is installed around the bottom of the home to cover the open space between the ground and the bottom of the home. It provides a finished look to the exterior, protects the foundation from pests and weather, and helps with insulation. 

Steps are installed at each exterior door to provide safe and easy access to your home. These can be made of wood, concrete, or metal, depending on your preference and local building codes. 

If your property has existing utilities, this step involves reconnecting the home to these systems. This includes connecting the home to existing electric, water, and septic or sewer lines. It ensures that all systems are functioning correctly and that your home is fully livable.
